What do you guys think about me writing some fan fiction set within the world of Astlan. I have thoughts of writing a few short little pieces of fiction set in that world. Ill keep away from the main story.

Super! but write it/print it on a acid-resistant metallic paper so I can distribute it to people I know in the Abyss! Normal printer paper just doesn't hold up for long, even acid free paper doesn't stay acid free down there. Tizzy!

What is "TAG"?
Also sure Tizzy I will see what I can do with acid resistant metallic paper. I'm sure there is an Abyssal publishing company around somewhere.

Just wrote the first draft chapter of my fan fiction. A Wizards Journey into Darkness Chapter 1Let me know if you guys like it. I was wondering where I should base the Astlanian part of the story. Any suggestions? Somewhere out of the way of the main story, maybe a place with nobles and wizards for some political intrigue.

T-A-G is sending me a copy, but you know my AOL dialup is very slow and unreliable.
Hmm, I was going to setup something on the website for it. I think I was going to make a forum, where the story would be the topic and then people could post replies as discussion.
Let me do some digging around.

So I think the place would be
Tizzy Talk (Forum Group) » Fan Fiction (Forum) » Fan Fic (Section) » Fan Fiction (Your/this Topic)
So I think a topic with the story title would be the place for it. I think that was the original idea. But I can also just create a section that says Stories

Will this Stories sub forum be the place I can post the chapters of my fan fiction or just the links?
Also what do you think about me basing the astlanian part of the story in the Duchy of Tregfeld? Or will that conflict with a future plot point?
Also I plan to have the abyssal part based on the far off demonic settlements in the hinterlands.
I want to make my story work alongside the series.

Well at the moment, it works exactly like this, it's another forum topic thing.
I can put up a header explaining that each "Topic" is a story the topic title being the story title and that comments should be in a new topic called comments on "StoryName"
Subsequent chapters would be basically replies, but the author should be the only one posting there.
