I’m comparing controller inhalers and curious how Seretide 50/250 stacks up against alternatives. Some say Seretide is slow but solid over weeks while others find quicker relief elsewhere. What has your experience been?

For chronic asthma/COPD, I’d like to know if Seretide keeps symptoms consistently low and helps with activity levels during daily life. Also interested in whether others found it more effective than alternatives on long-term control.
